Mountain Financial
Mountain Financial is a new mortgage advice firm in Warrington, run by two partners. They needed a public site and a way to capture and follow up mortgage enquiries from their first day. Keeping the site's email apart from their own mailboxes, and keeping to hosting once it was built, were their decisions. This page shows what we built, what it has done and the parts it runs on.
How we built it
An application and an enquiry are the same thing: a lead. Keep them in one table and every adviser works from one list.
What they had before
They were a new firm, so there was no site to replace. We started from their team and their two ways in, buying and remortgaging, and built everything towards the one list each adviser would work from.
What we built
- Home, about and contact pages, with the team and the firm's public reviews brought in automatically.
- A nine-step application with separate paths for buying and remortgaging, ending in a branded confirmation.
- One table of leads, holding applications and enquiries alike.
- An admin lead dashboard with filters, summary figures and team management.
- A team portal: a board where each adviser sees their own leads and moves each one on.
- An email alert on every new lead, with replies going straight to the person who enquired.
What it did
The site went live on its own domain, secured, in May 2026, and the email alerts were live and checked on the live site from July. No lead figures are on record.
The parts
A web front end, a small server and one database, with separate logins for the partners and the advisers, hosted on our server. Email goes out from an address of its own, kept apart from the firm's mailboxes. And one design choice that keeps it a working tool: each adviser sees only their own leads, so the board is a list to work through, not a shared inbox to argue over.
What it took us
The build was finished in spring 2026 and went live in May, with the alerts following in July. No further development is planned for now; the site is hosted and looked after.
