YAMO
YAMO is our own product: a platform for finding, building and running playbooks, which we call services as software. It is where the way we work becomes something other people can run. What belongs in YAMO and what stays custom work for Pitch is a line we drew in July 2026: software that has to remember people between visits is ours to build, and instructions with their reference files are a playbook. This page shows how far it has come and what it is built from.
How we built it
A service is a set of instructions and the files it needs. Write those down properly and the service can run without us in the room.
Why we built it
A service like ours depends on the people who run it. We wanted somewhere a service could be written down well enough to run without us in the room, and bought by the people who need it done. Why nothing already on the market did this is not yet on our record.
What we built
- A service contract that every playbook is written to.
- The platform, built in phases through 2026, most recently phase 5.5.
- Support for running several agent sessions side by side while it is built.

It is in active development.
What it took us
It has been built in phases through 2026, with the line between YAMO and Pitch settled in July. The next phase is being scoped.
